This is a shared cost, fundraising based journey where participants will have the opportunity to make a genuine difference through practical, on the ground support. Tasks may include walking dogs, cleaning, enrichment activities, building fences and enclosures, helping with daily care and bringing over much needed supplies such as flea treatments, parasite control and winter jumpers for the cooler mountain nights. Along the way, we’ll experience the beauty and slower pace of Northern Thailand while connecting with locals, animals and fellow travellers who share a love for compassionate, ethical animal welfare. The journey will also include an overnight stay at the incredible BEES Elephant Sanctuary, where we’ll learn more about rescued elephants, ethical tourism, sustainability and wildlife conservation in a peaceful mountain setting. We’ll finish in Chiang Mai with some well deserved downtime, exploring the famous night markets, enjoying amazing food, massages, cafés and time to relax before heading home. This journey is designed for people who want to travel with purpose, get their hands dirty, laugh a lot, meet incredible animals and be part of something genuinely meaningful.
